I liked the freedom to take the conversation a bit further around to different areas and stuff, but at the same time I disliked the less construction as I felt like I kept rambling because I'd get to a certain point and not really know where to go from there. So good and bad I guess. I think it may have been a bit more difficult just because the scripture to cover wasn't quite so set like it is in fuel, but I also like the ability to roam around the bible with a subject in mind versus just teaching a linear passage. Perhaps if the ultimate point of the lesson was slightly more defined the lesson would be easier to navigate.
Freedom with purpose. I like it. I think you are exactly right. A more defined lesson would help a lot.
I agree with Mr./Mrs. Anonymous above. I liked the structure of Fuel because I was used to it but I did like roaming around the Bible. I think it would be more difficult to do that over several months but if we add some video to the lessons that would help. The video gives us another direction to guide the kids.
